I recently had the pleasure of having work done on my property by John Shannon. He built a new patio and replaced the steps to the back door. and I couldn't be happier with the results! The slabs are aesthically pleasing but also durable. The precision in removing the old slabs and laying the new slabs to the back door showed attention to detail. John did an excellent job. He is hardworking, makes sure the job is done well and very tidy. Nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend JPS Property Maintenance.

John and his team are lovely and work very efficiently. They have just fitted new fencing for us in our back garden and it looks great and they got it done in a day which is great.

I have used John (JPS Property Maintenance) to carry out work for me before to a very high standard therefore had no hesitation to get him back to remove and rebuild a new front garden block wall a few years ago. Recently in the last 2 storms I have lost ridge tiles which, after a call to John, were replaced within 2 days – Superb service. John arranged for an expert to fit new doors etc to our garage. Johns ideas were first class and the final result was excellent. No difficulty in recommending join to resolve mainenance problems.
