JPS is a working progress I can say. Training new staff members meaning all. Cross training I see as well. The insurance companies and a board of Dr. Doctors to represent all doctors, drugs company, and patients needs to communicate to come up with the best solution to fit all. Bc put a bandage on it only cause more drugs addiction not able to get the proper meds they need. To many restrictions that needs to include the people say as well. Unfairness.
