About 3 years ago this company called my wife offering to get her a ppi claim back , my wife refused , don’t know how they did it but next we start getting letters starting we had signed up to a no win no fee check on pip…i sent these letters back to them telling them we have not authorised them to do this and to desist. Letters kept coming stating we were owed money from a Barclay card , and they had organised the refund of monies owing , we are unaware of any Barclay card not having had one! SATAY AWAY, whatever you do please please do not use this company if I could leave no stars I would, they hound you to the state you feel like you are being bullied and harassed, I have phone logs showing that have called me over 200 times in a 5-month period they use multi numbers etc they make you ill please if you feel you have a claim then use a reputable company do your research before you sign anything , just google them and see what you find, I so wish I had
I used this company to claim back bank charges, they failed to communicate and write to me regarding their fee on the settled case with NatWest. They then sold their fee to a debt collection agency! Do not use this firm! I cost me hundreds more than I won. What they did should be criminal!
Constant harrasement from this company. Avoid!
