Eddie is a tech whiz - he is very responsive and if he can't fix it quickly and reasonable in price it can't be fixed.

I have not used my laptop in about 2 years because it was loading super slow. I decided upon this business because of the good reviews and proximity to my home. I was not disappointed. My service was top tier. They informed me of the issues and the services they could provide to improve my laptop after the initial diagnostics. I highly recommend this business. They saved me from purchasing another laptop.
We took an ipad in that needed a screen repair. Someone accidentally stepped on it breaking the screen. The screen was fixed quickly. After getting it back, the ipad stopped working. Juan and his team took the ipad back, made additional repairs at no extra cost, and held the ipad for a couple of weeks testing it. On top of all that, they found out the charger was defective and included a free one for me. Thanks to these guys for being persistent with the repair! Never ever go to this place. They cheat by saying initially diagnose is 40$ but by the time you go they charge 100’s giving lame reason that part of repair is done. They start random repair without your permission and charge money. Don’t ever go here.
