Shipping team so route didn’t loading on time
I tried to purchase a stick of pipe. The girl who helped me seemed lost. She came back several times to ask me one question, and then she would disappear. It seemed like she was the mediator for the person who actually knew their job. She finally returned and suggested that I go to Brookshire Steel because they were slammed and she didn't know where the location of the product. What a waste of time!
Man, I really wanna like this place because they have a nice open shipping/receiving area and everything is very organized and clean and they are closer than my other suppliers. However, have been here a handful of times to pick up will call items and, even when I am one of the only ones there, they are very slow. I am never in and out in under 45 minutes.
