JP was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and answered all my questions. When working out the numbers he gave me different scenarios and together we were able to pick the best one. From the beginning he made the process so seamless. He knows his stuff and he came thru for me on closing day when my emails were not working. He texted me the forms I was able to close on time.
