I was so impressed with the gentleman, Alex, who handled our delivery. He went above and beyond to not only unload 3 very large storage cabinets but delivery them safely to our office suite on the 3rd floor, placing each of them in the rooms that we would be using them. It was not the easiest delivery but he delivered excellent customer service! Thank you Alex!

The lazy driver went to the bodega and had his helper handoff over 400lbs of tiles on the street, (not the sidewalk) after paying a substantial delivery charge. No delivery into the property. As disgraceful as a business can get.

I just called to try to pack down a pallet we had been charged for but never received and the lady on the phone was extemely rude. I'd recommend any place else.

A truck driving on 495 on Monday night going West kept flashing his lights and driving very close to us. We are driving at speed limit and have three kids in the car. Seems that’s what he was doing to get all the cars to move over. He’s going to cause an accident. Have a semi right up against your rear flashing their lights going to cause an accident. This company needs to do better they are going to cause an accident on the road.
