Went to 4 different locations in Vancouver city (one of which tried to sell me a whole new phone and plan!), then some kind soul referred me here and I am never going elsewhere. The technician (JP?) is cheerful and understanding, He ordered a part from Toronto, honoured the timeframe given, and gave me an interim solution while waiting for the final repair. Professional and excellent service, strongly recommend this place.
I've got my iPhone14Pro battery replaced within 15 mins! Excellent professional service with a reasonable price! It comes with 3 months warranty too! Highly recommended! This shop is located at the opposite corner of the food court, took me sometimes to find it.
