Went to JP to get my ebook reader fixed. The USB connector came loose and needed to be soldered back on. The whole job was done in 15 minutes. JP did a great job in extending the life of my device. Thanks a lot.
Quick replies to Email inquiries, I sent an Email asking for a repair quote at 830pm and got a reply in 30 mins. Shopped around and JP's quote was fair, went with them due to the positive reviews. Brought in my son's tablet for a USB port that was not charging. It was repaired quickly. Somehow the USB port stopped working a month later. Sent another Email inquiry and received another quick response. JP repaired it again at no charge under their 90 day warranty.
Took My daughters iPhones 11pro max and 13 pro max in for new batteries. I came all the way from white rock as I had discussed the cost over the phone with Jacob Fantastic fair price and he completed both phones in 30 -40 min. Also mentioned my daughter said her phone didn't charge all the time. Was a quickly diagnosed charging port He replaced that aswell for an excellent price while he had the phone opened up.
