I’m so glad I found Fotini at Joyrise. Her space is such a sanctuary. From the moment you get out of your car you can smell the subtle incense guiding you toward her studio. It is the most welcoming space and I have met so many wonderful people. Joy Rise is my sanctuary! Fotini provides a beautiful, safe and calm environment. I felt welcome the day I walked through her doors. She holds space for everyone. This is a place with a powerful energy at play. From the moment I walk in, I can feel a shift. The stress, noise, and endless thoughts of the day start to melt away before class even begins.
