Joyrise is an amazing spiritual place founded and guided by Fotini Chandrika and located in Colgan, Ontario. Fotini offers different selections of weekly yoga classes. There is something for everyone including women, co-op, youth and hot stone relaxation. She is a Reiki master and I was able to complete levels 1 and 2 as well as a 2 day equine Reiki course that was absolutely amazing with her private herd.
