Very rude behaviour from the stuff. I got confused that, he is there to sell bikes or to insult customers
James and his team have only provided the best service for me and my family. First of all, James is an expert in the realm of bikes and can provide expert advice and services. He is a no-nonsense, straightforward guy, but he grows on you. They also have a couple guys working there who are dealing with mental health issues, but they're great at what they do.
