How to cope with loss as a nurse article. What a bunch of trite BS! "Remember it's your job" "Remember it happens" "and whatever you feel is okay, as long as it doesn’t prove debilitating to your work." God forbid you should miss a day's work!

I wanted to start the RN-BSN program this month but the online program, Canvas, would not load the orientation. I tried telling staff that I was not getting it but was continually told I had it on my dashboard. Eventually they told me they were having problems with students not having it on their board. Even when they finally got it to work the lessons inside the orientation did not work. The staff, teachers, counselors etc are all amazing!! It’s all super quick paced so you really do have to apply yourself! I actually took a leave due to personal reasons and I’m working on appealing which has been a super easy process again, thanks to the staff! If you’re good with fast pace/focusing etc I highly recommend Ameritech! Just one thing to keep in mind is that their credits don’t transfer a lot of places, especially big universities so if you plan on taking your education past a BSN I’d reach out to one of the ac... read more
I graduated from the MA program in 2017. My instructors were amazing, and Ben, the program director is the best. I’m back at ameritech now in the nursing program. They’ve added a lab with synthetic cadavers to A&P so it’s more hands on. Their prices are also the best I’ve found.
Went here for my MA Certification. Compaired to what others have paid for and the education they received I feel mine wad hands down the best! Great staff. Great teachers! Will be coming back soon for my RN!
