I had the scalp treatment today. I was really looking forward to a relaxed hour of my day. I had scheduled an early appointment but it seemed like they were not ready for clients at this time. My therapist was great and very professional but I guess others were getting ready for the day. They were running the loud washing and drying machines in the very next room which unfortunately ruined the mood for a spa experience. I would recommend not to book appointments if they will not be ready.
Can't believe this is in Nesconset! Wonderful experience. Exceptional service! So relaxing and calming. I had the hair spa treatment which included neck and shoulder massage. It was perfect. I can't wait to come back!
Fantastic spa. I normally drive all the way to Flushing from Mt Sinai, but now I don’t have to and I couldn’t be happier

Joey was phenomenal. This is my second time visiting the spa and the service truly takes your breath away. As a mom of two kids, taking time away is hard. She truly let me relax for one hour and then even blow dried my hair. She showed me the camera view before and after and I was amazed at how clean she was able to get my hair. I appreciated her so much! 🥰
