They are the worst. They canceled my ride without telling anybody after the ride was confirmed the day before. When I called at the time of the pick up I was told it was canceled… & that they could not assist me when just like they called to confirm they could have called to cancel. I have missed my prenatal appointment thanks to them and have to wait 2 weeks to be seen again. Great pick up service. Got to my appointment in plenty of time. My driver justin was prompt, professional and curteous.

Very bad company, they are not professional at all. Employees have attitude and they make loose your appointments and also cancel your appointments without any authorization. Don’t waste your time using their services.

My 90 year old mother-in-law had a scheduled pickup today to see her cardiologist. We waited for about 25 minutes, and then checked at the front desk of assisted living where she resides to see where was the driver. They were told that KAREN was 2 minutes away. We waited for another 1/2 hour. And then checked again at front desk. We were told that KAREN was on North St, (one street away). Now we're still waiting for a total of one hour and twenty minutes.
