I asked the driver in advance to be early to make sure we made the appointment because it was crucial, he was super rude then, and when the time came he was going to be an hour late and was blaming it on other patients, and unbelievably rude again. Try and find somewhere else.

Acts and sounds nice but beware. The owner was driving once and had no regard for trash by throwing his trash on the side of our driveway. Also, he may have been running late for his next appointment and was rushing to bring back our elderly client that client complained that he didn't even let him do number one. When confronted over the phone he reasoned out by saying he is not a child and that he has been in the business for so many years. We stopped getting him and got Aloha transport instead (magda the owner is great!)
