I always get competent and prompt service from the employees. They are knowledgeable and willing to share their advice about anything bike related. I purchased my gravel bike from Joyride and have been extremely happy with it. I’ve also had one emergency - flat (tubeless) tire. They not only repaired it on the spot, but showed me how to repair the next I’m sure to get on my own. Two thumbs up!!!
I needed a tune up and a minor repair on my de-railer and they got me in and completed all repairs in a VERY timely manner. The other two shops I called were booked out weeks before I could even drop my bike off. I will use Joy Ride Bicycles for ALL my future cycling needs! Thanks Afton and Jake!
