I’m new to Logan area and recently discovered Joy Ride Bicycles. They’re super friendly and helpful, even if you’re not that familiar with bikes (like me). They’re super friendly have a huge selection of bikes, parts, and all sorts of accessories including shoes and clothing. And, they’re prices are reasonable. I’ll be going to Joy Ride Bikes for all my biking needs!

I needed to get some work done before a big race and I went into the shop 10 minutes before closing. The bike mechanic stayed after hours to help me get my bike up and ready for my big day! I'm highly impressed by the quality of their customer service and willingness to help! I'll be a lifetime customer after my recent experience with them and I'll absolutely recommend them for all of your biking needs!

When you pay over $250 to have professionals repair your bike, you expect a proper diagnosis and a fixed bike. That didn't happen. I left with the same creak I came in with, a $255 charge, and when I asked if their repair process was like 'whack a mole' — potentially requiring subsequent charges until a fix is achieved — they agreed that it was. I've been satisfied with their work before, which makes this harder to write. I've lost confidence in them. Their 'whack a mole' business model is an expensive approach.
