I am a professionally trained, Registered Massage Therapist. I am experienced, understanding, and knowledgeable about the pregnant and postnatal body and have taken post-graduate courses in this area. Use of a specially designed pillowing system allows women to lie face-down, comfortably supported during the entire treatment, at all stages of pregnancy. My sole focus is the perinatal woman.

Tara is amazing! I felt very comfortable with her and it was clear she was knowledgable about her practice. She gave the best massage I've had and I have seen quite a few RMTs over the years. Highly recommended!
Tara is fantastic! Her practice offers a very safe and calming environment to have a massage in. I felt secure and on cloud nice our entire time together. She is a wonderful conversationalist and I am ever so happy to have found her. She makes it feel as though you aren't pregnant for the entire hour you're there - take that for what it is lol but I thoroughly enjoyed every moment!
Tara is an incredible RMT. I have had a very sore back and hips with my pregnancy and she has alleviated my pain. She takes the time to assess what you need and her treatments are wonderful. I highly recommend you see Tara!
I had a great experience with Tara! She’s awesome at what she does and is very knowledgeable. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommended her for massage therapy. Definitely going to her again.
