If the ACCC aren’t gonna come after these guys, the police should. They did an awful job of replacing my phone screen, such a bad job i had to come back and get it replaced again as the phone did not work properly, rendered it unusable (for more money). Even after that second job, the battery life is so bad that it continuously shuts off, regardless of the shown battery percentage. Rendered my old phone unusable and i’ve had to buy a new one. Avoid this place at all costs, as it will cost you way more in the long run.
Paid for a battery replacement that failed the same day. Came back and was told no refund because the battery was already installed — not my problem that the job wasn't done right. Waited another hour for a free sensor fix that shouldn't have been needed in the first place. Save yourself the trip.
Rude, treated badly as a senior citizen. They were not helpful in any way at all !
Good range of products. Fair prices.
