I had a super easy experience. She told me send in requested documents so I did and that was it she did all the work. I just had a court date not too long ago. She is very efficient.
Joy was an excellent attorney. She guided us through what would have been an extremely confusing process. Her rates were more than fair and she was incredibly patient with us during the tedious process of gathering documentation and filling out forms. I would highly recommend her services.
She has basically left me hanging after taking my retainer. She has not provided any reports showing how much of the retainer she has used or how much is still remaining on the retainer. She has not returned my calls. I think she is still working remotely from jamacia. I dont recommend her services.
