Took my dad for hearing test and advice on hearing aids, Joy is professional, friendly and helpful . Dad said it was the best money he had spent. Would highly recommend Joy ( and have done many times) .

Superb! The difference the personalised hearing aid made for my dad was nothing short of miraculous, absolute game changer & improved my dad’s quality of life immensely….. went from having to shout in dads ear to being able to chat to him from 5 metres across the room….. 1 out of 10 to an 8 out 10. So good ! Not cheap , but as saying goes, you get what you pay for. Joy is a lovely person to deal with & shows great care & patience…. Highly recommend
Joy is a very caring, kind & considerate professional. I have been going to Joy a few years. I am very nervous when getting this procedure done. Joy talks to me to distract me and it really helps, she also has the patience of a saint. I recently took my son to see Joy and she explained everything that was going to happen which stopped him from being anxious. I highly recommend Joy and would never go to anyone else.
