I had an incredible experience with Dr. Sheybani and his entire team. He is truly an amazing doctor who genuinely listens, takes his time, and makes you feel heard and cared for. Crystal and Bella at the front were wonderful, welcoming, and so kind, and they set the tone from the moment you walk in. Now I understand why the practice is called Joy Medical, because you really do walk out feeling joy. I am so grateful to have found this office and I highly recommend them.
Dr. Sheybani is one of the best primary care physicians in Sherman Oaks. The five-star medical care I receive is exceptional. Other doctor's offices just don't compare. His recommended dietary health plan has me losing weight. I noticed my stomach side profile is going down. Cut out the soda pop, sugar, candy and fried foods is key. He explained it in simple to understand terms and direction. I already feel so much better. The doctors good advice is appreciated.
Dr. Sheybani is will liked by my family. He's a very good doctor. I brought my 85 yr. old mother to see him because I trust his judgment as being true. But recently, after calling in to check up on a medication refill order I was chewed out by Bella, she totally caught me off guard. Dr Sheybani truly listens to your concerns. I have been going to his office since I moved to LA a few years ago. Even though I have HMO insurance, I always feel like a VIP when I walk into the office. I highly recommend Joy Medical if you’re looking for a new doctor.
Update: They corrected the issue and sent me my probiotics. The probiotics - happy gut - have been extremely beneficial. I ordered probiotics from their website on May 17th for $59. They charged me and never sent them.
