Called to schedule a message and was greeted rudely bye, “HELLO” I had to ask where I called. Then when I asked for the prices off the message, I could not understand the lady, therefore because I had to ask her to repeat herself she got very angry and screamed 70 DOLLARS OKAY!!! I was actually out in the parking lot and planned on walking in for services. But after being treated so rude I left immediately. As someone who regularly gets massages, I take the time to clearly communicate my pain points at the beginning of each session. Understanding there may be a language barrier, I even offered to use Google Translate to ensure clarity and respect for both of us.
