It is already in the name 🌞. When searching for a chiropractic treatment for a pulled shoulder I came across 'AlignedwithJoy' which really called to me as I was 'sorely' lacking joy in my life. I consulted Joy as I was having headaches on a fairly regular basis. After a comprehensive medical and lifestyle history she identified some issues in the neck which she explained and adjusted.She suggested several things that I could do as after care, to help prevent the reoccurence of them. I found McTimoney adjustments to be very gentle yet extremely effective. Having McTimoney and cranio-sacral therapy is an effective combination that has got to the root cause of my headaches.
