I had great service and the staff was polite. My order was placed quickly and completed just as fast. My only concern is that they don't do a press proof for you. Basically it's letting you see what the first printed shirt looks like before starting on your full order. This step helps catch sight of mistakes or other issues. When I picked up my order I found that a portion of ink didn't come through the screen, resulting in all my shirts having a flaw. I got exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time. I'm very pleased.
I flipped through the yellow pages looking for a place to purchase t-shirts for our family reunion. This place is awesome. I went in and briefly described what I wanted on the t-shirts, and took a very rough draft drawing. He did exactly what I asked for, and in the time he stated that he would. I am now returning to get t-shirts for our football league, and am sure that I will return many times more for either silk screening or embroidery needs. Awesome place!!!

After calling around most people were way too expensive, rude, or said they'd call back with a quote and never called back. The people at Joy embroidery gave us an awesome quote over the telephone. They got us our hats and shirts quickly and the quality of their product was great. If you need something embroidered Joy embroidery is a must call.
