I came to joy accupuncture because of a case of bell's palsy. For those of you who don't know what that is. It is like a stroke on one side of your face. My left side of my face was drooping. The nervers were no longer working the left side of my face. I had to drink with a straw to avoid spilling down my chin. And recovery is anywhere from a few weeks to up to six months.
