I'm giving a 3 star because its in the middle. The sales lady and the delivery guys were fantastic. BUT the store policy is ridiculous. Only one week to decide if you like a bed?! You cannot possibly know if a bed will work that quickly even if it seems like its what you want initially. Now I'm stuck with an $1800 bed that gives me searing back pain every single day.
Fantastic customer service! I really saw the difference going with a local business over a big box store. They went out of their way to search for some missing parts I needed for a bed that was purchased there over 10 years ago. They were so kind & helpful while doing it as well, I’m blown away by their efforts and customer service. It definitely made me sure that I’ll go there the next time I need to buy furniture!
The ownership is highly professional and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to making many more purchases in the future.
