They supposedly did my son’s High School graduation and the images were awful. They primarily focused on the front row of students and completely missed my son when each graduate was walking by. Our school needs a better photography company as this was terrible!!!

Jowdy took photos on Wednesday, they had the proofs available on Thursday, and I was able to make my selections for purchase on Friday. Jowdy shipped them immediately and sent me an email confirming the shipment. They take great photos and the turn around time and ease of selecting photos and packages is great! I also have to add that the prices are excellent!
They don’t have my photo on the website after 48 hours (they say to allow 24 hours for the website). I have filled out 2 missing photo forms (one today and one yesterday). and I have not heard anything back about either one. Not responsive at all.
