I had the most horrible experience putting my album together and finally receiving it months after I was supposed to receive it. I I spent hours and hours editing with their Photo placement person. And then After all our hard work, they printed the wrong album! It was the wrong size, the wrong placement of pictures, the wrong font, the wrong coloring on the front, the wrong style of album, and it was horrible.
