STAY AWAY!! Very little care after our wedding day. Our lead photographer took it upon herself to just decide not to shoot any of the photos we had specifically requested due to ‘timing’. We had to point out items that were missing in our videos. Every step of the way we had issues and nothing got resolved unless we reached out to them numerous times and had to review everything ourselves. Jovon has no customer service skills. Jovon came highly recommended and seemed organized and professional upfront. Before the wedding, communication was great—but once the event was over and they were fully paid, everything fell apart. We submitted a detailed shot list in advance, which the lead photographer, Lena, admitted she barely glanced at and chose to ignore.
