Trying to get someone on the phone to see if bank is open. They’re doing street work outside and can’t get into lot with door locked. Nobody answers the phone

their customer service reps are very knowledgeable but there are like so many fees. they pulled over 100 dollars in fees for excess transactions that i didn’t even do.
