I have been a member since back in the NEFCU days. I like the low fees and being able to withdraw money from any credit union atm with no fees. The best thing about the Massapequa office is Diana Crespo, who has been helping my family with banking for years. She is so warm and kind and thorough! She is patient and understanding and helps my older parents navigate all the new tech and helps me keep my accounts in order. Everyone over there is really nice, but Diana is our go-to person for all our financial needs.
The tellers are nice Kinni Patel very loyal very helpful and great
Jovia Massapequa is the best- Kimmi Patel helped us cash some bonds we had. She was quick, efficient, and very sweet! I would absolutely come back and go to her, again! Great service!
