Jovia has really gone downhill since its days as Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union. They've forgotten their roots and now charge fees for everything. Imagine having a savings account charged an inactivity fee? Absurd. The whole point of having a savings account was for a rainy day. They've also changed their policies to now state that they can change their fees whenever, without notice. Be weary, these guys are no less greedy than any for-profit bank.
Stay away from their Mortgage Department! Their Scam is to Collect the Application Fees and you will Never get a Mortgage! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HOUSE LOANS
Very nice people, but everytime you go there the one machine down, gets annoying after awhile.
