I went to this bank needed help with changing my card over and the manager Aldo amaya was beyond disrespectful. He tossed me off to someone lower than him and rolled his eyes at me. I became so frustrated with how I was treated that I felt as if my only option was to cancel my account here. I do NOT want to use a bank that treats their patrons like less than nothing.
