When they were NEFCU, they had their BS with them. Halted a sale back then in their words, to prevent fraud and protect me, I lost the crack at taking advantage of a sale on its last day to the tune of 1/2 off on a $2,000 item! When I called they said it was the merchant.. when in the end it was them! This time, I deposited a check for over $13,000.00 and being made to wait more than two weeks to see a penny of it..
