This bank sucks. You can never pay your loan. I will never recommend this bank to anybody. Their telephone operating system system is terrible.
Fantastic branch of a solid credit union. I came in to get some money and get some documents notarized, and they let my kid doodle on some papers as we worked. I don’t exclusively bank with them, but I think it’s smart to keep some of your cash at a local credit union. For this purpose, Jovia has been great for me.
The employees here are completely uninformed and under trained on how to open an account for anyone who isn't a citizen. So immigrants beware. Go to Westbury or valley stream locations.
Always greeted promptly by a friendly, welcoming staff. They were even willing to help me, with minutes left till closing. The live tellers are friendly and help you navigate thru the process and assist you with all your banking needs, via a video chat, at a teller machine. They have always gone above and beyond for me. A rarity today!
