Worst customer service. If you want to be verified 6 times and required to provide an absurd amount of information then this is the bank for you. Needed to send a zelle payment but because of “high fraud” they needed additional information. If you’re worried about security concerns, don’t offer the product. Was able to send the Zelle payment without jumping through verification loopholes on Chase. Mind you I’ve never used Zelle on chase before but have used it previously on Jovia.
My transaction with Zenepe went very smoothly and she was excellent
Jovia has been my family’s go-to for banking for many years. I know that both myself and my parents get personalized care. Just today, I took ny Mom over to handle some banking. She was greeted by name by one of the tellers, Zenepe. What’s more? Zenepe asked after the grandchildren and wished my Mom well. The reality is that your banking experience should always be personal- I know that with tellers like Zenepe and the people at Jovia, we will always be treated well.
Always a pleasure to work with everyone here including Brian, Debbie, Zenepe and Jenya branch manger. Banking is easy, pleasing and rewarding.
Debbie and Zenepe are invaluable assets and cannot ever be replaced by automation! Love these women and their customer service!!
