Everytime I go in this bank I feel like trash I don’t know what about some of the people in this bank that make me feel like I want to cringe but since I see a new face Gigi Hankins she always so nice and welcoming and happy and her spirit so pure what a breath of fresh air and seems like she does not care what color you are she see you a customer in the bank thank god to the point where I don’t even look at some of the staff anymore to keep my self-esteem and pride for the day just the vibes I get or looks is disheartening ... read more
why hasn't my direct deposit hit my account ? Is everyone having this problem ?? NOT FAIR for us if this is only JOVIA bank doing this
Third class below grade customer service ! My family went through horrible customer service experience multiple times now and we all are aiming to close the account and open new accounts with a reputable and recognized bank with trained staff l.
Absolutely wonderful staff. So delightful, helpful, caring and hard working. Went above and beyond. Could not recommend more!!
