Male rep viewed me waiting at the front kiosk, but instead of acknowledging me, he quickly approached the white customer who entered 8 minutes after me. Drive thru service is excellent.
After two weeks of traveling & a bachelorette party, I inevitably had my card flagged for fraud. Although the person I spoke with from corporate JOVIA Customer service was as useful as a fork in a bowl of soup, the staff at Jovia Financial Credit Union in Franklin Square are outstanding. Second time and last time I go to this location. There a male rep there that is so rude I couldn't tell his name because I didn't see his name tag. I spoke with customer service before going to the branch they told me I can go in to get a card printed. I went in recently 2 weeks ago to get a debit for the person that is joint in my account. The male rep gave me a big issue about it was not friendly looks like he hates job. In the end I couldn't get the debit had to be mailed he told me would take 3 to 5 days.
