The teller service isn’t very quick but the service from those at the desks more than makes up for it. I was having a problem with my debit/credit card and they were the only branch that knew what to do and did it quickly. Definitely will be going back there again.
Rude manager, incompetence and lack of training is rampant
Absolutely the slowest service of any of their branches. The desk personnel were pretty helpful but the teller I had was very slow. I was the only customer at the window and I was only trading small bills for larger. Only reason I went is because it’s the one closest to my office. Never waste my time afain
Horrible service, not enough personnel. Super impersonal and tellers take very long to process your transaction. In addition, to make a money order deposit there is a procedure that they have to verify them, which is OK, but they had only one person to certify the deposit, at least when I was there, and if that certifying person in busy, it become a even longer wait just to do a deposit.
After waiting on the phone for an agent for about 30 minutes, I had to wait again because he didn’t know the answer to my question. After waiting another 15 minutes or so while he went looking for an answer, the line disconnected!
