Without going into personal details, i was having a bit of trouble with my account. Thanks to the branch manager Yogi, it was totally resolved. I can't thank him enough. In my opinion, he's a fantastic asset to the bank. He Rocks! Thanks again Yogi!
This is the worst jovia location i have been to. During regular business hours, making a withdrawal should not take 30 minutes. The staff are incredibly slow moving and it is inexcusable. Close this location or speed it up.
This company as a whole is incompetent and they don’t know what they are doing. Something as simple as a wire transfer is too complicated for them to process. Customer service over the phone is a joke. Good luck if you keep your money with Jovia. They are horrible.
If you utilize this credit union and live in another state be forewarned they outsource their customer service overseas. I wouldn't care if it was competent, but this has caused me serious issues this week. I needed a verification letter for my checking account to put proceeds of a loan into it, and the proceeded to send me a letter pertaining to a loan I had received from them last year. It's like their own workers don't know what an account verification letter is. This is unacceptable
