So someone spent $415 booking a hotel online at 3am using my card.. to dispute the charges I called the number on the back of the card. They marked my card stolen, but told me id have to call the branch to actually dispute the charge, and the employee said he had no idea when/if I'd get the money back. I called the branch today and spent 8 minutes going through bs AI prompts to finally get a human on the line, only to have her transfer me back to the AI prompt menu.
