I had a fantastic experience working with Alex Harrington. He truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Alex is incredibly nice and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the whole process seamless. A few months ago I went into the branch to get a lien clear letter for my auto loan, which I had paid off well over a year earlier, so that I could buy my new car. Alex, the assistant manager, was assisting me. There was a clerical error on my account preventing me from getting the letter, requiring assistance from other departments.
