Always a pleasant experience!
A few months ago I went into the branch to get a lien clear letter for my auto loan, which I had paid off well over a year earlier, so that I could buy my new car. Alex, the assistant manager, was assisting me. There was a clerical error on my account preventing me from getting the letter, requiring assistance from other departments. Today I had a great experience in the plainview branch. I was welcomed with warmth by Nabila who went out of her way to help me through what could have been a very painful experience depositing over 60 checks. Thanks again for your help.
Amazing experience with Alex, super quick visit and helped me with all my needs
Worst branch there is go to the Levittown one instead the people here are so slow, I had the bank teller Diane she was rude she never answers questions up front when asked she just repeats what she says before if met with her plz defer to another person. I had asked for my number to be changed only for it not to be changed so on top of the 1 hour that I spent talking to her I had to wait another 30 mins on the phone just to change my number imagine time like that being wasted.
