Customer service for Jovia has drastically changed in the worse way. The supervisor and management team are horrible. Getting the run around over a simple question and the disgusting attitude plus tone along with the smart remarks from Karen the supervisor at the call center is unacceptable and immature. Highly disappointed and annoyed.

THIS WAS AT THE WESTBURY BRANCH My account has been hacked three times, and this most recent incident involved an unauthorized autopay transaction to Allstate. I do not have Allstate insurance, and this fraudulent charge raises serious concerns. Given that this transaction was made using a debit card I rarely use, I suspect this may be an inside job at the bank. When I was at the bank waiting to see a rep a customer next to me told me a Zelle charge was on his account and he doesn't use Zelle. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS !!!
The manager at the Uniondale branch is a horrible human being. Very rude and nasty. Doesn’t deserve the job she has.
