Friendly staff. Clean and organized.
Jovia has really gone downhill since its days as Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union. They've forgotten their roots and now charge fees for everything. Imagine having a savings account charged an inactivity fee? Absurd. The whole point of having a savings account was for a rainy day. They've also changed their policies to now state that they can change their fees whenever, without notice. Be weary, these guys are no less greedy than any for-profit bank.
If I could give this branch and Anthony Giardina who helped us 100 stars I would. He helped fix all the problems that were on our application that occurred when we tried to get help at the Westbury branch. He was kind, courteous, patient, thorough, funny(!), and so helpful. We had a very frustrating experience at the Westbury branch and Anthony did such a great job helping us but also made us feel confident the job was being done correctly.
