I sent a message late in the afternoon not expecting a return call on Friday. Call back was within the hour. Discussed problem parts were expedited next day shipping first thing in morning. Great service gains customers and they have a new one. Prompt service .
I had great experience with Joval Industrial. I needed an 800 Amps ATS on short notice, and they actually had the unit in stock and ready to go, which was hard to find. What stood out the most was how responsive they were. I called several suppliers and either couldn't get anyone on the phone or had to wait for a response.
