My husband and I booked our trip and paid an early registration fee of \$500. My husband got a paycut, and we could not go to the trip--BUT we got my parents to replace us in the hopes that they cold transfer our \$500 deposit towards their trip. They were so very unflexible and denied all our requests....even though there had been NO booked tickets, hotels, etc. Ther is NO way that any hotel was charging them any cancellation fee, and they did not budge.
