We rented a dozen moving pads during our move. We told woman at location that we would return the blankets the next day and communicated timeframe. We provided an ETA 20 minutes away and was told that she would be there. Arrived at the store and they were closed and calls and voicemail was ignored. Today we were charged again for the same moving pads we were trying to return and when we asked why we were charged, received NO RESPONSE. Attempted to rent U-Haul, arrived just before 1 pm. Lights were off, doors locked, phones went straight to voicemail. The truck had a large gash in the side of it. Had to call customer support to find another location that had the truck needed in stock. Avoid the headache, go elsewhere

I initially went online to secure my rental with enterprise. I get there and they tell me they have no availability for my reservation. I quickly scramble the internet and find Journeys. I read their reviews and it seemed somewhat positive. I have to give Terry and Liana more than 5 stars! Liana helped me secure the rental and was super quick with the process she made my daughter, wife, and I feel very comfortable and at ease with the process. I rented a uhaul trailer from them and they came to the storefront to meet me outside normal business hours. They were there when I was scheduled to pick it up and the transaction was exactly the same as any other uhaul storefront. All in all exactly what I expected plus they worked with my schedule.
