Had the absolute worst employee experience tonight. Came in to exchange some shoes and was rudely not greeted and glared at as I walked in. This young immature girl behind the counter wanted to 1. Not speak or respond to anything I said and 2. Have the biggest attitude when she had to do the exchange. It was laughable actually. Throwing boxes around and pouting while helping a customer would never be acceptable where I work.
Most of the employees are very helpful, friendly and kind! But there is one, whom is almost opposite. She also thinks she can tell children/toddlers what to do while their parents are there watching them closely. It’s actually very insulting and immature, she seems to have a poor attitude towards the other employees as well. The 2 employees there went above and beyond for us today. They were super kind and patient as our daughter requested to try on many pairs of shoes (Keilani had to go to the back room several times) and even helped us put the charms into my daughter's new crocs for us. Both were pleasant and smiling the entire time.
Yesterday I went and returned a pair of shoes. When the teller was giving me my change she wouldn't give me the correct change. She said I don't have any pennies I'm sorry your gonna have to just deal with it. I told her no I don't want to give them my change cause they couldn't supply rhe full amount. I told her that I wanted my full change back and she said there is nothing she can do.
