My first experience at Journeys. All I can say is "WOW". Jackie helped me and my daughter with our purchase. She was one of the best employees I've ever met as far as retail sales goes. AAA+. I also contacted the customer support to giver her a kudos. I'm not much of a shopper (personally I hate it), but I spent about an hour in this store and Jackie had me laughing and smiling. She was kind, attentive, patient, helpful...and I was very impressed. KUDOS TO YOU JACKIE!!
