I have shopped the journeys for the last 2 years and they have messed up both times. Last year I purchased a pair of converse, and when I got home to take the shoes out the box the shoes were two different sizes. I had called to report it and the cashier who sold them to me took no accountability for their mistake. This year I had them order another pair of converse because they didn't have my size and the cashier kept asking her coworker about size conversion. I had told the lady I need a 9.5 in women's. Love the store, but the customer service was horrendous. Two girls were apparently far too busy chatting about their personal lives and drama to notice that I needed assistance.
My favorite store!!
Store employees were so polite and helpful as we were trying to find a kids shoe last minute. Will definitely be going back! Thank you so much journeys for helping make my daughter night!
