Pola in the Broadway mall Journeys location made my entire weekend/Halloween. She made me feel like royalty. I got 2 pairs of shoes but left with a smile bigger than anyone could ask for, unrelated to the perfect shoes. Literally the best customer service I’ve ever gotten!!!
I Love the price of the shoes
went to go buy 1 item and they didn’t hand me a receipt and i went to go return it the next day they said i can’t return an item without a receipt but i never thought it was my job to ask for a receipt after purchasing anything.
