Staff very helpful.
First off. I just want to say, nothing happened that resulted in an overtly negative experience. No arguing or issues like that. This bad review is entirely based off customer service. My girlfriend and I had been in the store twice within one hour. Upon entering the secondtime, we were not greeted and essentially ignored until we approached the two workers. Will not return. Purchased 5 pairs of shoes and needed to return 1. Had receipt, box, shoes never worn. Drilled for an email address, then phone number, then while looking for another pair (and actually asking if they had the smaller size because my son loved the shoes) I was then given a difficult time because I didn’t have the same card my husband used to originally purchase. They had the shoes my daughter had been looking for. Happy daughter is worth 5 stars any day!
Staff isn’t the same as before. Rude staff that doesn’t acknowledge you or try to help.
