I can't say enough good things about Journeyman's! It's the type of Local Bike Shop you want to support because they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently, I took my Salsa Cutthroat in to see if they could add some gearing so I could climb better. (I was leaving to finish the Great Divide in just a few weeks). Picked up my first adult bike today! Made the trip down from West Virginia, Glenn was extremely helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t be happier with the process! Happy NBD!
Went in to consult with Glenn for a tryke and he is awesome last year I had 2 strokes which the second one took my eyesight in my right eye preventing mefrom being able to get balance to ride again along with my left side weakness so here I am walking in the shop with my cane and leg brace and left there feeling like if I never make another good decision I'm my life this will suffice so when I start riding I will be looking forward to building myself up enough to toss the cane ...well worth the money no regrets I'm do overw... read more
Best bike shop in Richmond! I’ll go way out of my way to take my bikes here for repairs and bikepacking gear. I also recommend attending their series of presentations on bikepacking routes/adventures
