Best bike shop in Richmond for buying a bike and repairs! Glen (shop owner) is so kind and really takes the time to explain things without being condescending and the other staff are just as nice and welcoming. Cant recommend enough!!

Excellent bike shop with some quality components. They kindly resuscitated my bike after 4,000 miles of the trans am bike race - carefully replacing the BB, bar tape, tyres and brake pads as well as checking the whole bike over and adjusting the rear spokes. I had been carrying an annoyingly loud clicking for half the race and although the replacement BB didn’t solve the problem, Glenn was able to help and he allowed me to test the bike with his rear wheel and we discovered it was the rear hub.
