I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Augusta and this facility!!!!! It was the best hospital/surgical facility I have ever used. They are thorough, compassionate, attentive and just all around wonderful!!!!! If I could leave a 10 star review, I surely would.
I didn’t know what to expect getting this procedure but from the moment I walked into the surgery center everyone was so amazing. It was just something about the way they were treating me that made me so comfortable and from that moment I knew I was in good hands. I mean from Dr. Augusta he was amazing with explaining and making sure I was ok and day 1 was the only day I was in pain and needed pain medicine after I’ve been good no problems or concerns. Final update.. had the remnant removed a little over a week ago. The remnant was bigger than what my surgeon thought it would be, and there were multiple gallstones. Finally, after 8 years of being in severe pain, I have relief. Please, heed my advice, be careful when it comes to your health. This “Dr” dismissed me when I needed his help. Told me there was nothing wrong because he didn’t want to deal with me. Now they have blocked me on Facebook for telling me story. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST.
