I had a 3 hour counselling, massage, facial & hair mask for my first session with Jen and would highly recommend! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt safe and nurtured. The counselling part of the session was validating, thought provoking & empowering. We came up with some small but mighty steps to support my healing and work towards my goals. I can’t recommend Jen enough! She’s so warm, welcoming and genuinely talented. You can really feel the care she puts into every session. I always leave feeling calm, grounded and recharged — already looking forward to my next visit.
