Oh where to start! Jen has such a welcoming, grounded and calm energy that you start to feel relaxed before even hopping on the massage table. She is very attentive to your needs, and creates such an intentional, nurturing and healing space. I drifted off many times during my 90min massage (which rarely happens for me) and left feeling so light, grounded and nourished.
