I had a 3 hour counselling, massage, facial & hair mask for my first session with Jen and would highly recommend! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt safe and nurtured. The counselling part of the session was validating, thought provoking & empowering. We came up with some small but mighty steps to support my healing and work towards my goals. Cannot recommend Jen enough for a massage or any kind of support! As an expert non-relaxer whose nervous system feels way comfier with chaos than calm, appointments with Jen were the medicine I needed right throughout pregnancy to allow myself to relax and rest. Jen has created such a safe space and it's clear she does everything with such care and intention. I've been seeing Jen for a couple of years and the thing that has stood out of me the most is not only her care, but it's her patience. She meets you where you're at, guides rather than pushes and as someone who takes time to trust people, she has allowed me the space to do this in my own time. I couldn't recommend Jen highly enough ❤️
Such a beautiful experience. Jen creates a really calm and supportive space and the session felt intuitive and deeply grounding. I left feeling relaxed, clearer and more connected to myself. Highly recommend if you’re after something more than just a massage
