This driver is extremely dangerous (LL-02), 10/7/25 @ 5am. stay away from them. Speeding, weaving in and out of traffic. I would never put my loved one's in their care. Do better!! Maybe inward and outward facing cameras so you can monitor your employees.
Absolutely horrific experience having one of your drivers on my route home. They missed their turn 4 times in under 2 miles, cut me off twice, and just merged directly into people absolutely last second so they don’t miss their turn. Please advise them on navigation and lane etiquette, this is flat out unacceptable, I saw 3 near accidents because of their carelessness.
This company it great they come they pick up they help you get in the van bring you back rite on time I highly recommend them for getting to your appt is you have medical you can ride free depending on your ins
Horrible driver swerving in and out lanes trying to pass on the right, only to get off at the next exit. All of the dangerous lane changes were for absolutely no reason, they didn't get ahead of anyone and did all of that to get off the freeway literally 30 seconds later, just foolish driving
My husband is at a skilled nursing facility for rehabilitation from an injury. He had a primary care appointment at the veterans clinic at 2:30 PM. The skilled nursing facility contacted Veterans Administration for gurney transportation for my husband. Journey Transport was dispatched; apparently they are the contractor for VA. Two workers showed up on time to pick up my husband. While in the van, they asked if there was a bed at the clinic for my husband.
