Horrible driver swerving in and out lanes trying to pass on the right, only to get off at the next exit. All of the dangerous lane changes were for absolutely no reason, they didn't get ahead of anyone and did all of that to get off the freeway literally 30 seconds later, just foolish driving

My husband is at a skilled nursing facility for rehabilitation from an injury. He had a primary care appointment at the veterans clinic at 2:30 PM. The skilled nursing facility contacted Veterans Administration for gurney transportation for my husband. Journey Transport was dispatched; apparently they are the contractor for VA. Two workers showed up on time to pick up my husband. While in the van, they asked if there was a bed at the clinic for my husband. Absolute horrible management. My father has now missed TWO specialist appointments that take me MONTHS to get him into. Each time was a clerical error, and somehow the dispatcher twists THEIR MISTAKE to somehow be my fault. I don't know why the VA insists on contracting through you guys. It's come down to me having to have a backup transport in place because I absolutely cannot trust his company. Also, dispatchers: The mailing address and the residence are not the same thing. This company is 100% responsible for the death of my father. They took us to get his nails clipped. Should have been easy. The driver and dispatch knew it was a 15 -20 min appt. We came out called for pick up. 90 min wait. Not real happy about that. Dad's in a wheel chair. Not very comfortable and he needs to go to the restroom. 1hr 45 mins pass. No driver. I call again.
